Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the ARCORYX TRADE platform. These terms govern your use of our investment platform and constitute a binding legal agreement. By creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ARCORYX TRADE platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ARCORYX TRADE ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law, and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where investment activities of this nature are prohibited by law.
3. Investment Plans and Returns
ARCORYX TRADE offers structured investment plans with fixed daily profit rates. Each plan has a defined investment amount, daily profit rate, and 30-day duration. Profits are credited to your account balance upon successful execution of your daily trading operation. The 20% threshold rule requires that accumulated profits reach 20% of your investment amount before a withdrawal can be requested. After a withdrawal is approved, your profit progress resets and you continue earning from the next operation. All projected returns are estimates based on fixed plan rates and are not guaranteed.
4. Daily Operations
Each active investment plan entitles you to execute one daily trading operation per plan per 24-hour period. Operations must be manually initiated by the user through the Platform interface. The Platform uses AI-assisted market analysis to simulate trading activity. Operations are available Monday through Friday unless the platform administrator enables weekend operations. Failure to execute a daily operation does not result in profit for that day. Operations cannot be retroactively executed for missed days.
5. Deposits and Payments
To activate an investment plan, you must submit a payment proof demonstrating that you have transferred the required investment amount. Payment proofs are reviewed by our administrative team within 24 hours. Plans are activated only after payment verification is complete. ARCORYX TRADE accepts payments via bank transfer and digital wallets including Binance, PayPal, and Skrill. All deposits are non-refundable once a plan has been activated. The Company reserves the right to reject any payment proof that cannot be verified.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be submitted once your accumulated profit reaches 20% of your investment amount. A 5% processing fee is applied to all withdrawal amounts upon approval. Withdrawals are processed within 24-72 business hours after approval. Only one pending withdrawal request is permitted at a time. After a withdrawal is approved, your profit progress resets. The Company reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawal methods include bank transfer and digital wallets.
7. Referral Program
Users may participate in the ARCORYX TRADE referral program by sharing their unique referral code. When a referred user purchases any investment plan, the referring user earns a 10% commission on the investment amount. Commissions are credited to the Commission Balance, which is separate from the Main Balance. Commission balances may be withdrawn independently following the same withdrawal process. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Fraudulent referral activity will result in account suspension and forfeiture of commissions.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspicious account behavior, failure to comply with verification requests, or at the Company's sole discretion. Suspended accounts will not be able to execute operations, request withdrawals, or access platform features. The Company is not liable for any losses resulting from account suspension or termination.
9. Risk Disclosure
Investment in financial instruments involves significant risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The projected returns displayed on the Platform are based on fixed plan rates and do not guarantee actual returns. Market conditions, platform operations, and other factors may affect actual results. You should only invest funds that you can afford to lose. ARCORYX TRADE does not provide financial advice, and nothing on the Platform should be construed as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARCORYX TRADE and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited on the Platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
